Product Description

Our long span shelving units are stable, secure, robust and durable. They’re perfectly suited for use in residential, commercial and industrial environments.

Many units use screws in their construction, which can become loose as time passes. These units use a specially designed system of connectors instead of screws, as connectors don’t have the same loosening issues. This means that these shelves remain stable and secure even as a long period of time passes.

The units come with instructions that are easy to read and follow, so erecting the units only takes around ten to fifteen minutes.

These metal shelves are freestanding, so you get access to every side of the unit. This means you can use these units to safely store awkwardly shaped or even long items easily.

Each unit is made from a top quality painted steel frame. The shelves themselves are made from premium timber. Each of the four shelves can hold a maximum weight of 500KG.

This special offer package of ten bays is comprised of a 2000 x1800 x 800 starter unit, and nine matching, compatible extender units. The extender units attach to the starter unit and each other using the same specially designed system. When you place an order for the ten bay special offer package delivery is included free of charge.

We accept returns for unused and unopened items. Due to the large size and weight of many of our products, we’re unfortunately unable to offer free returns. This means customers will need to cover the cost of returning the item. 

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@rackzone.ie within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

We offer nationwide pallet racking installation as well as warehouse layout and design services.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Many of our products come flat packed but are very easy to assemble, such as our boltless shelving. We can, however, work with you on larger projects such as kitting out a warehouse with pallet racking. We have a team of people nationwide who are happy to help you with this.

How soon can you deliver my purchase?

Along with our fulfilment partners, we do our very best to get your order to you on the next business day providing you order by 3pm Monday to Thursday.
